This Privacy Policy applies to the All-in-One Calculator family of applications published by Divyanshu Jethi, including All-in-One Calculator, Basic Calculator, Scientific Calculator, Finance Calculator, Health Calculator, Developer Calculator, Education Calculator, Science Calculator, Crypto Calculator, AI & Machine Learning Calculator, Unit Converter, Hobbies Calculator, and related applications (collectively, "the apps", "we", "us", or "our").

1Information We Collect

Data You Create in the App

Calculations you save, favorites you mark, and app settings and preferences are generally stored locally on your device.

Account Data

If you choose to create an account and enable cloud synchronization, we may process your email address and synced calculator data through our backend provider so that your data can be synchronized across your devices.

Diagnostic Data

We may collect crash reports and error diagnostics, including information such as device model, operating system version, app version, error information, and a randomly generated identifier used to group related crash events.

Advertising Data

When advertisements are shown in the free version of an app, our advertising provider may process advertising identifiers, ad interaction information, and related technical data to serve and measure advertisements.

Creator and Marketplace Data

If you use Creator features, we may process your display name, creator profile information, and the calculators you publish. See Section 11 for details.

2Artificial Intelligence Features

Some applications in the family include AI-powered features, such as Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) support, optional on-device AI models, and an AI Creator Assistant.

🔑 Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) If you use BYOK, your API requests are sent directly to your selected AI provider using your own API credentials.

🔒 Key Storage We do not receive or store your API keys, except as necessary to securely store them locally on your device, or within your encrypted account settings if cloud synchronization is enabled.

📴 On-Device AI Models If you download an optional on-device AI model, it is stored locally on your device, and AI processing occurs offline whenever supported.

🚫 No Training on Your Data We do not use your prompts or calculator data to train our own AI models.

3Offline Usage

Most calculator functions operate entirely offline. Unless you enable cloud synchronization, AI services, advertisements, or other online features, your calculations remain on your device.

4How We Use Information

We use information to:

Provide the apps' calculator functionality.
Store your saved calculations, favorites, and preferences.
Synchronize your data across devices when you enable an account.
Power optional AI features, including BYOK requests and on-device AI processing.
Diagnose crashes and technical problems.
Improve the reliability and security of the apps.
Display and measure advertising in free versions.
Process in-app purchases and manage premium access.
Support Creator features and the calculator marketplace.
Respond to privacy, support, and account deletion requests.

5Legal Bases for EEA and UK Users

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following legal bases, depending on the circumstances:

Performance of a contract: to provide app functionality and account-related services.
Consent: where consent is required, including certain personalized advertising activities.
Legitimate interests: to maintain app security, diagnose technical issues, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time through the available privacy controls in the app.

7Data Storage, Retention, and Security

Calculator history, favorites, and settings are stored locally on your device by default.

If you enable an account and cloud synchronization, the corresponding data may be stored with our backend provider and retained until you delete it or delete your account, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Crash diagnostics may be retained by our diagnostic service provider according to its applicable retention policies.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect your information, including:

HTTPS/TLS encryption of data in transit where supported by our service providers.
Encrypted storage of authentication tokens and, where applicable, BYOK API keys.
Industry-standard security practices for access control and infrastructure management.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8Advertising and Consent

The free version of an app may display advertisements through Google AdMob.

Where required by law, we request consent before serving personalized advertisements.

If you decline consent or have not provided consent, the app requests non-personalized advertisements where supported by the applicable advertising configuration.

You may be able to change your advertising privacy choices through the privacy settings available in the app.

Purchasing the premium or ad-free version removes advertisements where the purchased product provides that benefit.

9Analytics

We do not use analytics services to track your personal activity beyond crash diagnostics and application reliability, as described in Section 1 and Section 6. If this changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect the analytics tools used and the data they process.

10International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers, including Supabase, Google, RevenueCat, and Sentry, may process data outside your country of residence, using appropriate legal safeguards where required by applicable law.

11Creator Marketplace

Our platform includes optional Creator features, such as creator accounts, a calculator marketplace, and calculator publishing tools.

If you create or publish calculators through Creator features, information such as your display name, creator profile, published calculators, ratings, and public marketplace content may be visible to other users.

12Account Deletion and Your Choices

You may have the following choices, depending on the features available in your version of the app:

Export your data using the in-app export feature, if available.
Delete local app data by using the available in-app data controls or by clearing the app's data through your device settings.
Delete your account and associated synced data through: Settings → Account → Delete Account, if this feature is available in the app.
Contact us by email to request account deletion.
Manage advertising consent through the privacy controls available in the app.
Remove or unpublish content you have shared through Creator features.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

13California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

Right to Know Request details about the personal information we have collected about you.

Right to Delete Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.

Right to Correct Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in a manner that requires an opt-out beyond the advertising consent controls described in Section 8.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 17. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

14Cookies and Web Version

When using our website or web version, cookies or similar technologies may be used for authentication, security, remembering your preferences, and general website functionality.

15Children's Privacy

The apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

16Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

If material changes are made, we may also provide additional notice through the app or other appropriate means.
